HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Your item must be back with us within 14 days of receiving the item. Due to the type of product, this must be unopened and in all original packaging. Any items that have been tampered with will not be accepted for a refund & will be therefore returned back to you.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. ALL products must be unopened or your item will be returned back to you.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes. Please ensure to send your items back to us with tracked delivery as REP Cosmetics is not liable if product gets lost in transit.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

We will send you an email when your item has reached us and again when you are refunded. Refunds can take up to 28 days. Please allow 3-5 days from when the refund email is received.
