DELIVERY TIME

For Next day delivery/Saturday delivery, ensure orders are placed before 3PM. REP Cosmetics is not liable for items not arriving the next day if placed after this time. Next day delivery is only available for UK 

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 3 working days however this can vary due to stock availability. You will be advised if there is any problems regarding delivery.

LIABILITY

Delivery times are quoted according to what the delivery companies express. REP Cosmetics cannot accept liability due to late or failed deliveries. If a lost delivery occurs, we are not able to send out replacement items until the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, which can take 10-12 working days.
